As far as I understand, they are part of Windows and not a downloadable driver, so should install themselves. Please see below, does not show either with 'Show Hidden Devices' selected. As you can see. Unfortunately that also has no further effect, the WANMiniPorts are still 'missing', even though the system files for them are present.
