Windows dhcp server subnet mask

My machines are clean and free of crap that causes network chatter. My workstations don't communicate with eachother, only with the servers.

This might be a good time to research proper subnetting, and plan to renumber your entire enterprise! Proper subnetting will make setting up your VPNs and routing simpler, as you will be able to create supernets.
